Investigation of Zhengyang County Experimental Middle SchoolStudents Physique
Abstract：As the physical status of Zhengyang County Experimental Middle SchoolStudents' understanding, this article uses the literature material law,questionnaire and test were carried out to investigate the physical status of Zhengyang County Experimental Middle School students. Based on the physical training of students of high school in Zhengyang county and Zhengyang County,the basic situation of the experiment the experimental middle school studentsbody shape (height, weight, body function) (vital capacity) and physical (grip strength, standing long jump, boys 1000 meters / female 800 meters) for analysis and research, exploration and analysis can improve the students' Physique inexperimental middle school Zhengyang County, countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that: Zhengyang County Experimental Middle school students often take part in different kinds of sports, but some students' physical condition is poor; Experimental Middle School of Zhengyang county most of students' height is increased with age, but there are also some students' height is too high, some students appear fat.

正阳县实验中学学生体质现状调查引言
中学生是祖国未来建设和发展的后备军，他们不仅要有自身的道德修养和文化知识，更需要有良好的体魄和强健的身体来完成学业。中学生的体质如何，不仅关系到中学生身心全面发展，而且可能直接影响到祖国的未来和发展。多项研究结果表明近十余年来中学生体质有下降的趋势，一直未得到有效遏制，因此也成为诸多学者关注的焦点。国内对中学生体质现状的调查已经很多，但是对正阳县实验中学学生体制现状调查的论文很少，因此，本文对正阳县实验中学七、八、九年级学生的体质状况进行调查,通过了解正阳县实验中学学生的锻炼情况和体质现状，探索和研究能够改善正阳县试验中学学生体质现状的策略和建议。以期能为正阳县实验中学学生体质的改善和进行科学的体育锻炼提供有益帮助。
