Abstract: This paper uses the methods of literature review, questionnaire investigation, interview, to ShangShuiXian 4 senior middle school sports teaching present situation investigation and study analysis. Research analysis: proportion ShangShuiXian senior middle school physical education teachers and students can not meet the national requirements; Sports teacher's age structure unreasonable, the title structure is not reasonable; The overall level of physical education teacher education can also; ShangShuiXian senior middle school sports teacher's scientific research is not much; Sports teacher's computer level is not high. This article in view of this series of problems are analyzed and put forward the corresponding suggestion, in order to strengthen ShangShuiXian senior middle school physical education teachers team construction to provide certain theory reference basis.

商水县高级中学体育师资现状调查 引言
学校体育，作为体育教育事业的重要组成部分，学校体育的基本任务就是增强学生的体质，提高学生的智力，锤炼学生的意志。学校实施全民健身计划，是提高全民族素质的奠基工程，体育教师则是完成这一重要任务的执行者和工程师。现在随着我国教育体制改革的加大，以及素质教育的实施，在师资队伍的建设中，不仅要满足教师数量上的需求，更要重视师资队伍的质量。在21世纪科技迅速发展的时代，要求体育教师在知识结构和学历上要有进一步的提高，还要在综合素质与能力上也有提高，这才能适应21世纪的学生，才能让这一代与世界接轨。如果忽视中学体育师资的配备，将会直接影响到全民健身计划的实施和素质教育的开展，从而影响学校教育的发展。
这篇论文对商水县高级中学体育师资现状进行调查研究分析，经过调查从中发现商水县高级中学体育师资存在的问题，并对其调查结果进行研究分析。目的是为促进商水县高级中学体育师资力量提升提供一定的理论参考依据。
