The investigation on the advantages and disadvantages of normal college student served as a home tutor
Abstract: Now with the university enrollment expansion, college students facing the employment pressure is more and more big, the students as a special team, which is facing the competition is fierce, so some students choose home tutoring in his spare time to enrich themselves, however, so many social problems will ensue and cause our attention. However, home tutoring also has many benefits. This article adopts the method of questionnaire, for many major students of Zhoukou Normal University, the pros and cons of the advantages and disadvantages current normal college student tutoring was analyzed of the investigation, summarized. Therefore, it was can be used to improve the students understanding of home tutoring with rationality.

师范生做家教利与弊的调查研究 引言
伴随着中国经济的快速发展，人才在中国已经成为炙手可热，而且成为中国经济发展的主要推动力，每年国家对人才的需求都保持一定的增长率。其中，大学生——这个在人才舞台上扮演重要角色的演员，其发展现状和存在的问题备受关注。
随着近几年中国的大学扩招，每年毕业的大学生人数出现爆炸式增长，而随之而来的就业问题则是每所高校、每位学生、每位家长及各地政府所面临普遍关注的问题，大学生就业变得越发困难。由于教师岗位的减少，师范生所面临的就业情况越来越严重，特别是非重点院校师范毕业的就业难度进一步凸显。新华报业记者获悉这样一组数据；2010年全国师范院校师范类毕业生总数超60万，而整个教育系统提供的用人需求不足30万[1]。
