YuChengXian middle school PE teachers present situation investigation and study analysis
Abstract: using the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and interview method, surveyed the YuChengXian 32 middle school PE teachers' research. The result shows: the YuChengXian middle school PE teachers is given priority to with young and middle-aged male teachers, overall structure more reasonable; Also found: YuChengXian middle school PE teachers' professional dedication is strong, high work enthusiasm, attitude, and actively promote the new curriculum reform; Another teaching experience on the low side, the title is not high, low salary income.

虞城县中学体育教师现状分析调查研究
引言
在我国，体育教师待遇低下，严重影响体育教师队伍的稳定性和积极性，相应地这也成为学校体育改革与发展过程中的主要制约因素。因此，无论是对相关研究领域的专家、学者，还是对学校体育的管理者而言“提高体育教师待遇，改善体育教师的工作和生存环境，以此激发其工作热情和保证其工作质量”已成为一个共识。但如何改善体育教师的待遇，也是大家一直思考和关注的问题。而故乡（虞城）县恰位处经济文化发展落后，生活水平较低，教育水平较低，那么虞城县中学体育教师的现状情如何呢？文章对其进行调查和研究，从中发现问题，找出影响该县中学体育教师现状的原因，以求达到提高虞城县中学体育教师全面素质，适应新课程改革的目的，从而更好地对学生进行体育教育。
1．研究对象与方法
1.1 研究对象
本次研究以随机抽样的方式，调查虞城县第一高级中学、春来中学、晨光中学等 3 所虞城县中学的 32 名在职中学体育教师，作为本论文课题的研究对象。
1.2 研究方法
1.2.1 文献资料法
本文通过查阅中国知网查阅相关文章，并查阅中国体育信息网和相关书籍，获得最新的体育政策、法规和相关理论。为本论文的撰写提供了广泛的理论依据。
1.2.2 问卷调查法
本次调查问卷不仅参考了虞城县教育局有关专家的意见，对调查问卷进行了信度和效度的检验，而且还随机抽取了虞城县第一高级中学、春来中学、晨光中学等 3 所的中学体育教师进行了问卷调查，共发放问卷 32份，回收问卷 32 份，回收率为 100.0%，其中有效问卷 30 份，有效率为 93.8%，保证了该研究数据的准确性。
