摘要目前电子商务正飞速发展，很多高校均开设了“电子商务”专业以培养专业电子商务人才，然而高校电子商务人才培养相对过剩和企业人才紧缺的矛盾却日益突出，人才教育没能紧扣社会实际需求，出现教学脱节的情况，进而对电子商务教学质量造成影响。本课题尝试结合我国当前电子商务的发展要求、电子商务企业对人才的需求情况、国内高校电子商务专业建设的情况进行认真分析总结，基于专业视角，根据具体案例对当前高校电子商务专业建设提出合理的看法和建议，为电子商务专业的课程设置和培养方案提供参考修订意见，以推动高校电子商务专业更合适合理地发展，促进高校有效培养出符合企业要求的电子商务人才。47457

Abstract At present, e-commerce is developing rapidly, many colleges and universities are now offering "e-commerce" professional personnel to train professional e-commerce , however, e-commerce relative surplus university personnel training and business talent shortage has become increasingly prominent contradictions, talent did not closely linked to the actual educational needs of the community, teaching situations arise out of line, thus it create impact on the quality of e-commerce teaching. This paper attempts to combine the requirements of the current e-commerce development, e-commerce business’ demand for talent, and the cases of domestic universities’ major Construction of e-commerce to analysis carefully, based on professional perspective, according to the specific case of e-commerce major construction on the current college to put forward rational views and suggestions, to provide a reference for e-commerce professional curriculum system and cultivation program, to promote universities’ development of e-commerce professional more appropriate and reasonable, and promote colleges to train the e-commerce professionals to meet the business requirements.
