Reaserch on the students’gender expectation of counselors
Abstract：In this study, we used Gender Role Attitude Scale for College Student, Sex Role Inventory for Chinese College Student（CSRI-50）and self-developed questionnaire to investigate college students’ attitude towards gender roles, their own type of sex role and their gender expectations of counselors.We attempt to explore the factors that influence these three and the relationship among them. The study found that 1) There are significant differences of the college students'attitudes towards gender roles on gender, only child or not, professional type, the class of women and men, and there are also significant differences on some dimensions between different grades; 2) College students' sex roles are distributed on average in three types:undifferentiated, single sexual and androgynous.And there are significant differences on gender, the only child or not, and professional type; 3)College students’gender expectation of counselors slightly biased in favor of male counselor, and there are significant differences on gender, grade, professional type, the experience of counselors conditions; 4) College students 'attitude towards gender roles were partly associated with their own sex role; 5) There was a partial correlation between college students 'attitude towards gender roles and their gender expectations of counselors.

前言
近些年来，高等教育的教师素质备受关注。学生、家长乃至全社会对大学教师的期待不再只局限在工作能力上，还包括了性别、年龄、学历乃至个人品格等方面。在所有的大学教师中，辅导员与其他教师相比有其特殊性。首先，辅导员一般是大学生进入大学生活第一个认识的教师；其次，辅导员是大学里唯一会与家长沟通交流的教师；最为重要的是，在学生的四年大学时光里，辅导员是与其接触最多的教师，学生不仅在学习、生活乃至个人发展的方方面面都会或多或少受到辅导员的影响。因而有关大学生对于辅导员的接受、评价和期待已成为目前研究者比较热衷的项目。
