幼儿园中班班级管理现状研究——以周口市S幼儿园为例
幼儿园班级管理，对提高幼儿园整体水平起着至关重要的作用。而幼儿园班级管理和中小学班级管理有很大的不同，它是对其3~6岁幼儿既要有生活常规的管理，又要对教育教学的管理；是对人的管理，也是对材料的管理，因此幼儿园班级管理有其特殊性。这也是对教师一个挑战，教师要有很强的亲和力和凝聚力，要有一双发现问题的眼，和及时解决问题的能力，同时要提高自身教育教学水平和素养，才能使班级教育教学工作顺利开展。
