大班幼儿饮食习惯分析及建议——以周口J幼儿园为例
《幼儿园工作规程》中明确规定了幼儿园保育和教育的主要目标是：“促进幼儿身体正常发育和机能的协调发展，增强体质。培养良好的生活习惯、卫生习惯和参加体育活动的兴趣。”饮食习惯是生活习惯的一部分，是幼儿在长期生活中逐渐养成的，饮食习惯形成的好坏与否对幼儿终身的发展有着至关重要的影响，因此，本选题侧重大班幼儿饮食习惯中存在的挑食、偏食、饮水量少、边喝边玩等不良的饮食习惯，并针对不良现象对教师和家长提出建议。
一、饮食习惯的概述
（一）饮食习惯的界定
在《现代汉语词典》中定义“饮食”是饮食是一种生理活动，是营养人体、文持生命活动的物质基础。“习惯”是指积久养成的生活方式。
饮食习惯是生活习惯和卫生习惯的重要组成，培养幼儿良好地饮食习惯是幼儿园教育活动必不可少的组成部分。[1]饮食习惯是指人们对食品和饮品的偏好。其中饮食习惯又分为优良饮食习惯和不良饮食习惯。优良饮食习惯是指在饮食上和饮品的合理、科学的饮食行为和计划；不良饮食习惯是指在饮食上存在不科学、不规律、不合理的膳食习惯。饮食习惯是指在人在幼儿阶段长时期里逐渐养成的,一时不容易改变的饮食行为,是一种已经成为定势的性格。
