Abstract:The kindergarten teachers are the key to develop the preschool education of the countryside , However,there have been many problems with the teaching behaviours of the teachers in the some of the kindergartens which are run by the local people in the countryside. Given this, the paper stndied the preparetion before class, the teaching behaviuors , the guidance behaviours and the behaviours of organisation of the teachers in one kindergarten in xiang cheng, with the methods of observation interview and literature.Found that there are deficiencies in preparation before class, teaching methods, and ways of organization and management are simple and crude. This paper proposed appropiate strategies for tlese problems: The teacheers should make a good prepanition before class and pay equal attention to knowledge and teaching methouds; teacher is guidance should be of enlightenment pertinence and effectiveness; Teachers should encourage more and criticize less to promoto the development of prafessional ability. Our social should pay more attention to the development of rural teachers in pravte kindergarten so as to indicate the direction of teaching behaviours and regulate teaching behaviours in practice , at the same time, to promete the healthy development of young children.

引言
幼儿是祖国的花朵，教师是辛勤的园丁。在幼儿的成长过程中，教师充当了幼儿知识的引导者、教授者以及心灵的依赖者的角色，对幼儿的发展起着至关重要的作用。但在我国农村民办幼儿园中，大多数的幼儿教师没有接受过专业的职业培训，整体教学水平较低，再加上因农村民办幼儿教师收入少、地位不高等原因导致的教师职业倦怠，使得农村民办幼儿园教师组织实施的教学活动情况堪忧，尤其在教学行为方面，存在着很大的问题，这些问题对幼儿的发展非常不利。因此，本次研究利用文献法、观察法和访谈法，在2014年10月13日至2015年1月27日之间，对项城市某农村民办幼儿园授课教师在课堂上的教学行为进行抽样观察（本文抽取较为典型的五节课进行具体观察研究，选取小、中、大班各两名教师，共吹冰名教师进行访谈），发现其存在的主要问题及产生原因，提出解决问题的策略，为幼儿园教师的教学行为指明方向，并在实际工作中规范自身的教学行为，促进幼儿的健康发展。
