Abstract:to improve the teachers' classroom control ability, to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, classroom teaching to establish a new order, realize the effect of classroom education on students' psychology plays a very important role. However, teachers control the classroom has the following problems: the pace is too fast and too slow two differentiation phenomenon, teaching design ideas without rhythm, time control is not reasonable, the lack of student participation, leading to teachers, students as the class course ware, lack of ability to control. The reason is that their own psychological and operational readiness teachers, teachers of students lack of psychological research, help teachers control the classroom problems, suggestions to the teachers' teaching psychology and business training of students, classroom psychological research, grasp the rhythm of classroom teaching with the segmented teaching method.

教师掌控课堂的问题与对策
随着教育改革工作的开展，课堂教育在小学教育过程中发挥着重要的作用。这是因为小学生在学习过程中心理和学习方法等因素共同决定造成的。所以做好小学教师对于课堂的掌控研究，提高小学课堂教学工作质量就成为了小学教育研究者重要的研究课题。在实际的研究中我们结合对学生日常学习的观察、参考文献的研究分析以及对学生教师的访谈研究三种研究方式开展研究工作，做好教师掌控课堂能力的研究。
一、教师掌控课堂的意义
在教室掌控课堂的研究过程中，我们了解的一个问题就是掌控课堂工作开展的实际意义。因为只有充分的了解了其工作开展的意义，工作的研究过程才是有效地。在实际的研究中我们发现教师对课堂的掌握对于教学工作的开展具有以下的实际意义。
