摘要:提高教师掌控课堂能力,对于提高课堂教学的有效性、建立新型教学课堂秩序、实现课堂教育对学生心理的影响有着十分重要的作用。但是,教师掌控课堂还存在以下问题:节奏过快和过慢两种分化现象,教学思路设计无节奏,时间控制不合理,缺少学生参与,教师以课件为主角,学生为辅,课堂秩序掌控能力不足。究其原因在于教师自身心理和业务准备不足, 教师对学生的心理研究不足,解决教师掌控课堂存在问题,建议做好教师教学心理和业务培养,做好学生课堂心理好研究工作,利用分段式教学方法掌握课堂教学节奏。35389 毕业论文关键词:教学课堂;教学改革;问题与对策
