The reasons and relevant measures of the formalized second class of primary Chinese

Abstract: The second class of primary Chinese which is the important measure of changing traditional education concept emerges at the new curriculum reform. It stresses on ability promotion and personal development and strives to solve the problems of particularity and inpiduality in talent cultivation. However, formalism makes it back to the traditional education and even plays to the gallery without considering what and how much students gained .Therefore, this thesis will explore the reason that the second class became a mere formality from the real Chinese second class and put forward relevant measures.
