摘要:教学设计能力是教师必须具备的基本素养,是影响教师教育教学效果的最根本和最直接的因素,也是高等师范院校教育实习生提高从师任教能力的重要培养内容。因此,本文以教育实习生为研究对象,通过对教育实习生课堂教学设计能力的课堂观察以及搜索相关文献梳理,发现问题主要表现在教学目标表述不恰当、教学重难点把握不准确、学情分析不透彻等,其成因主要是教育实习生理论知识不扎实、缺乏实践经验,在此基础上结合实际,从教育实习生和学校两个方面提出提高教育实习生的课堂教学设计能力。目的在于提高教育实习生教学能力,促进教师专业化发展。34185 毕业论文关键词:教育实习生;课堂教学设计能力;教学设计
Education intern Classroom Teaching Design Ability Present Situation and Cultivate Suggestions
Abstract: The ability of instructional design is a basic professionalism that a teacher must possess. It is the most essential and direct factor of teaching effect, and also an important cultivation content of the trainees of education improving their teaching abilities in Advanced Normal College. Therefore, the study objects of this paper are the trainees of education. By observing the abilities of instructional design of the trainees of education and searching some document literature, there are some problems among them, for example, they couldn’t express accurate instructional objects, focal points and difficult points, and also the thorough study analysis. The primary reason is that trainees don’t master their solid professional knowledge and practical experience well. So, connecting the problems with reality, this paper will propose to improve the trainees’ abilities of instructional design from students and school these two aspects. It aims at improving the trainees’ abilities and promoting the teachers’ professional development.
