摘要:课堂评价是课堂教学工作中不可缺少的一个基本环节,如果教师采取合适的课堂评价将对课堂教学效果起到不可估量作用。鉴于此,文章运用了课堂观察法分析了小学教师课堂评价存在的问题,如出现“泛化”的现象、语言缺少针对性、出现“讽刺性”评价语、评价语缺少激励性等,并提出了更新课堂评价理念、使用导向性课堂评价语、丰富评价的语言等改进的建议。目的在促进教师科学合理的进行课堂评价,进而提高课堂教学效果。34183 毕业论文关键词:小学教师;课堂评价;课堂教学
Primary School Teachers Classroom Existing Problems and its Improvement Suggestions
Abstract: The evaluation on the students’ answers is indispensable to the daily teaching. And the proper evaluation plays a key role in the teaching effects.In view of this, the author choose the subject as the research project.The essay will focus on the questions such as the generalization of the teachers’ comments,the lack of specific comment language and etc.And the author will not only put forward the concept of updating the comment,but also the use of oriented classroom teaching comments,and the advice on the enrichment of the comments.The objective of the essay is to promote the teachers’ evaluation and also improve the teaching effect of classroom teaching.
