Analysis of the Junior Middle School Student Emotional Intelligence
—— the Students of Experimental Middle School in Qinyang City
Abstract: In order to survey the emotional intelligence of junior middle school student, 220 junior middle school students were investigated with Emotional Intelligence Scale, who were selected from three grades. Results showed that: the emotional intelligence of junior middle school students was above the average level; the emotional intelligence of different gender, grade junior high school students had no obvious difference ;there were significant differences among the students from different urban and rural areas, and the differences of the only child and non-only child also existed.Conclusion:junior middle school students overall in good level of emotional intelligence, emotional intelligence of the junior high school students from cities was higher than their classmates from the rural area. The only child's emotional intelligence was higher than non-only child's.

初中生情绪智力的调查研究——以沁阳市实验中学为例
1引言
情绪智力，也即情商（EQ),首先是由美国耶鲁大学教授彼得•塞拉文和新罕布什尔大学教授约翰•梅耶在1900年提出，所谓情绪智力是指识别和理解自己和他人的情绪状态，并利用这些信息来解决问题和调节行为的能力[1]。在某种意义上，情绪智力是与理解、控制和利用情绪的能力相关的。近年来情绪智力逐渐受到越来越多心理学家的关注，人们普遍认为情绪智力比认知智力更能够预测一个人的成功[2]。
已有研究表明情绪智力对于个体的心理发展及学习和生活都产生重要影响，不同学者从不同方面进行了相关研究，王丹薇在大学生成人依恋、情绪智力与友谊质量的研究中表明情绪智力对友谊质量有预测作用，情绪智力越高，大学生的人际关系越好[3]；王玉梅在大学生情绪智力、生活事件与主观幸福感之间的关系进行研究，提出大学生总体情绪智力越高，表达情绪的能力越强，在生活中感受到的压力就越小[4]；张艳宁、孔风通过对成人社会支持、情绪智力与主观幸福感的关系进行研究，表明情绪智力对社会支持与积极情感具有调节作用，良好的情绪智力对于提高个体的主观幸福感具有重要意义[5]；朱亮在大学生依恋类型、职业决策困难与情绪智力的研究中，得出情绪智力高的个体，更能利用情感信息帮助自己，当对职业选择犹豫不决时会主动咨询身边的重要他人，而且会有广泛的交际圈[6]。
