摘要:为了探讨员工的情绪智力与应对方式的关系,本文使用简易应对方式量表以及情绪智力量表对186名员工进行调查研究。结果显示:(1)女性员工的情绪智力在各个文度以及总体均分上比男性员工高。非独生子女比独生子女更善于情绪利用;(2)员工更倾向于采取积极应对方式处理问题。男性员工与女性员工在消极应对方式文度上存在显著差异。男性与女性相比,更多的采用消极应对方式;(3)积极应对方式与情绪智力总体均分以及各个文度呈显著正相关。消极应对方式与自我情绪管理呈显著负相关。29883 毕业论文关键字:员工;情绪智力;应对方式
Study on the Relationship between Employees' Emotional Intelligence and Coping Styles
Abstract: In order to survey the relationship between employees’ emotional intelligence and coping styles, this study investigates 186 employees by Simple coping style questionnaire and Emotional intelligence scale. The result shows: (1) On emotional intelligence scores and each dimension score, female employees were significantly higher than male employees; Not only children than only children were better at using emotion. (2) Employees were more inclined to take positive coping styles. Coping style had significant difference between female employees and male employees. Male employees were more likely than female employees to adopt negative coping styles; (3)Emotional intelligence scores and each dimension scores were positively correlated with positive coping styles; Negative coping style was negatively correlated with self emotion management .
