Design and Research of Zhoukou City Wenchang Primary Regional Culture Based Curriculum
Abstract: Implementation of three course management system is one of the six specific objectives of China's basic education curriculum reform with the deepening of the new curriculum, school-based curriculum development in support of national policy gradually into the primary and secondary. It is not enough to make up for the national curriculum largely enhance the adaptability of different areas of economic, social and cultural development needs, and more to meet the students, teachers, school development, has become an important way of education founded regional specialties. Zhoukou area has a long history, rich culture. Designed according to the actual situation of the regional culture Wenchang elementary school-based curriculum, with regional cultural heritage and enhance campus culture, and improve students' sense of inpiduality. This paper selection geographical and cultural resources for the physical and mental development characteristics of students(such as name culture, celebrity culture, Baizu culture, farming culture, Chinese acrobatics and culture),coordinating with primary school teachers Wenchang, Wenchang joint design and research-based curriculum for primary local culture.

周口市文昌小学地域文化校本课程的设计与研究
地域文化校本课程应该在实施国家课程和地方课程的前提下，充分利用当地优秀的地域文化教育资源，以传承与发展地域文化为主要目的而设计与开发的课程。随着当前社会上“非主流文化”对传统文化的冲击，以及地方教育行政部门和学校对地域文化校本课程的重视不够、开发不力，至使中小学生在学校里不能很好接受与优秀地域文化相关的教育，许多中小学生更愿意崇拜西方文化，甚至将外来文化奉之为“先进文化”，而把本地民俗文化看作为落后的风俗习惯。应该说，进行地域文化校本课程设计与研究是地方教育行政部门及中小学校义不容辞的义务和责任，广大教师开展校本课程的设计与研究，应该给与应有的重视和必要的帮助。
