Abstract: In Xuchang country township central school as an example, through interviews and refer to the relevant documentation, investigation and analysis of primary school teachers in rural areas by sex and age, find a rural primary school teachers in rural areas by sex and age on structure imbalances. Overall, a balanced proportion of male and female teachers, but the young men are serious lack of teachers; Due to “positive” teachers more, young teachers’ access mechanism is not perfect, aging of the rural teachers’ grave. The reason is that tough conditions in primary schools in rural areas, low social status, poor treatment of access mechanisms are inadequate. Addressing these issues should establish a rational mechanism for access, in order to improve teachers’ social status and treatment, the implementation of preferential policies and forces favoring education of rural education to rural injecting “new blood”, maximizing quality of rural education and promote students’ all-round development.

农村小学教师性别和年龄结构的现状调查与分析以许昌县A乡小学为例
近年来河南省农村义务教育阶段教师队伍建设取得了重要进展，但是，农村师资力量总体薄弱的状况仍未得到根本改变，教师资源配置不均衡，结构性矛盾比较突出。随着农村经济社会发展和农村义务教育经费保障机制的逐步建立，进一步加强农村师资力量成为发展农村教育的当务之急。[1]
国内许多学者对农村小学教师结构作了深入地研究，经过查阅、分析近几年来农村小学教师性别和年龄的现状及解决对策。通过对农村小学教师性别结构和年龄结构的现状调查与分析，掌握目前A乡小学教师的现状，明确认识到一些不利因素给现在的教育教学带来的负面影响。因此，做到有针对性、有实效性地改善与提高，这样就能更好的落实课程改革精神，更充分地关注学生发展，适应时代与社会的发展。
一、研究对象与方法
1．研究对象
以选取的许昌县A乡8所小学中200余名教师为调查对象，对此展开调查与分析。
2．研究方法
通过与熟人联系，拿到关于A乡小学教师年龄和性别的第一手资料，并对其进行整理。
