摘要:以许昌县A乡小学为例,通过访谈法和查阅相关文献资料,对农村小学教师性别和年龄的调查与分析,发现A乡农村小学教师性别和年龄结构比例失衡的问题,整体来看,A乡男女教师比例均衡,但是年轻男教师严重缺少;由于“民转正”教师比较多,青年教师进出机制不完善,农村教师老龄化现象严重。究其原因是:农村小学条件艰苦,社会地位低,待遇差,进出机制不够完善等。解决这些问题应该建立合理的进出机制,提高教师的社会地位和待遇,实行政策倾斜,把教育力量偏向于农村教育,向农村注入“新的血液”,最大限度地提高农村教育质量,促进学生全面发展。24837 毕业论文关键词:农村教师;性别结构;年龄结构

Abstract: In Xuchang country township central school as an example, through interviews and refer to the relevant documentation, investigation and analysis of primary school teachers in rural areas by sex and age, find a rural primary school teachers in rural areas by sex and age on structure imbalances. The reason is that tough conditions in primary schools in rural areas, low social status, poor treatment of access mechanisms are inadequate. Addressing these issues should establish a rational mechanism for access, in order to improve teachers’ social status and treatment, the implementation of preferential policies and forces favoring education of rural education to rural injecting “new blood”, maximizing quality of rural education and promote students’ all-round development.
