摘   要随着社会经济文化的快速发展，我国国民素质也不断的提高，群众普遍对教育事业的重视程度逐渐在提高，最具代表的属学前教育事业的蓬勃发展，幼儿园园长的专业发展水平直接影响幼儿园的发展，胜任能力是人力资源的重要组成部分，是对园长进行评价、任聘的有效方法，本研究以园长的胜任能力为研究内容，通过对杭州市10所甲级幼儿园园长进行半结构式访谈，从中提取出12项必备胜任能力，分别是：全局观、专业知识、职业分析与解决问题的能力、人际沟通能力、领导能力、制度建设、培养他人的能力、团队协作能力、人格魅力、管理能力、决策能力、成就感和进取心。并基于胜任能力要素对园长专业化发展的作用、对构建园长胜任力模型的作用进行了分析，并给出个人建议。笔者认为“人格魅力”是一个优秀园长不可或缺的胜任能力特征，将其纳入《专业标准》要求里是十分必要的，也应该成为园长胜任力模型构建必不可少的一部分。88531

Abstract  With the rapid development of social economy and culture, China's national quality and constantly improve, people generally on the cause of education emphasis on improving gradually, the most representative of the vigorous development of preschool education career, professional development of the kindergarten level directly affects the development of the kindergarten, competence is an important part of human resources,Is the effective method to evaluate the director, as a hired。This research is based on the competence of the principal,through to the Hangzhou 10 class a semi structured interview the kindergarten, extract 12 necessary competence,respectively is:holistic view, professional knowledge, professional analysis and problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, leadership, system construction, to cultivate the ability of others, team cooperation ability, personality, management ability, decision-making ability, a sense of achievement and motivation。And competence elements based on the function of the principal professional development and for the construction of the role of the principal competency model were analyzed, and personal advice is given。The author thinks that "personality" is a good director is indispensable competence characteristics, be included in the "professional standards" requirement is very necessary, and should become an indispensable part of the principal competency model building。
