家庭教育方式与小学生行为习惯的养成

Develop Way of Family Education and School Behavior
Abstract: Family education, school education and social education three combined the growth and development of students affected. In this paper, through the analysis of the importance of family education, combined with the background of China's reform and opening up and the city, floating population gradually increased, direct contact with parents and children time and fewer opportunities, the effect is more and more small, the problems caused by the behavior of pupils increasing of school and family education, increasing the difficulty of problems most of the parents, but the concept of education has not been updated, education is not complete, can not fully play a special role in family education, and some even to the growth of the students caused the injury, the stumbling block to generate long road. Therefore, parents how to choose the right way of family education, how to effectively make use of family education in cultivating students good habits, be worth to discuss and think.

家庭是小学生心理、道德、行为习惯养成的主要场所，对于小学生的品德及行为习惯的养成来说，家庭教育的作用是无法替代的。但是现在的家庭教育存在着很大的问题，具体表现在家庭教育观念及教育方式的不合理上，尤其是在现代社会的高度发展中，父母对子女寄予了很高的期望，这导致父母在教育孩子的问题上产生了诸多问题，改变家庭教育方式对解决这些问题有重要意义。
一、家庭教育的重要性
（一）家庭教育的内涵及表现形式
家庭教育主要是指在家庭环境下，由父母或其他年长者通过各种方式对子女或年幼者施加教育影响，使其健康成长的一种特殊教育方式。它区别于学校教育和社会教育，它的教育内容比较生活化，教育方式比较情感化，教育方法也比较多样，从多方面多途径影响着孩子的身心健康发展，发挥着其他教育形式不可替代的作用。
（二）家庭教育对小学生成长中的作用
家庭是孩子成长的摇篮，家长是孩子的第一任启蒙老师，而且在孩子一生的成长中都扮演着不可或缺的角色，相应地，家庭教育就成为了孩子的启蒙教育，是孩子最先接触到的教育形式，是孩子思想品德及道德行为养成的关键教育阶段。培养一个有德行的人应成为家庭教育的首要目标，[1]因此，要从多方面努力使孩子成为有德行的人。家庭成员的关系、家庭环境条件、父母的文化水平及价值观等，都会对孩子产生极大的影响，特别是对于小学生来说，他们心智还不够成熟，对社会环境还没有正确的认知，模仿性和可塑性都很强，对父母极为依赖，而且视父母为榜样，因此父母给他们呈现的状态对他们行为习惯的养成有很大的影响，家庭教育的成果直接决定了他们对于以后学习及人际交往的态度，也对他们人生观价值观的形成产生极大影响。另外，学校的问题学生，以及走上社会后暴露的种种问题，大都可以在家庭环境和家庭教育中找到根源。[2]可见，家庭教育在学生的行为养成中有着不可磨灭的作用，在一定程度上影响着孩子的未来发展，对孩子以后的成长起着奠基作用。
