A Case Study of Student Behavior Deviation

Abstract: Deviant behavior，which is also called "transgression", usually used to indicate a particular social group members’ thoughts、feelings and actions that were judged to be in violation of the rules or any of the values. Juvenile behavior deviation is a result of some negative factors which combined by the society、family、school and its own bad personality. Adopting the way of case study and taking a primary school child with serious deviation behavior as an example, this article makes a detailed analysis and observations about the behavior of the child’s psychological problems and analyses the various causes and influence factors of the problems by in-depth interviews and discussion. On the basis of all the analysis above and combining with related theory knowledge, the study use various methods flexibly for intervention, which help to improve the child’s own problems.

小学生行为偏差的个案研究
—以淮阳外国语实验小学于磊为例
学校最终是为培养未来社会的合格人才服务的。但受市场经济大潮冲击，价值观念多元化、升学主义压力、离异家庭增多、以及独生子女教育问题等影响，使当代小学生中的偏差行为日益突出[1]。长此以往，必将对学生、甚至于社会产生不良影响。鉴于此，笔者想从小处着手，寻找一个独特的行为偏差学生，进行深入研究。希望在帮助了一个学生的同时，也在此过程中，走进这类学生群体的内心，概括总结出一些平时不曾发现的问题与感触，以丰富现有的研究成果。
一、个案行为偏差现状
（一）个案的筛选过程
对于研究对象的筛选，笔者并不是主观臆测或者“道听途说”，而是根据学校中行为偏差学生的真实存在现状，进行个案的选取。具体选取过程如下：
首先，跟吹冰年级部的各个班主任以及各科任课老师聊天，访谈。列出他们眼中偏差行为严重的学生名单。其次，对他们逐一进行特别观察。最后，笔者将目标锁定在自己所带班级里、且让所有老师感到头疼的学生“于某”身上。通过对其进行访谈和追踪调查，决定选“于某”为研究个案。
