Potential of elementary school student's school education strategy
Abstract: Compulsory education requires attention and respect the value and the inpidual differences of students, to do according to their aptitude. Conversion of potential raw compulsory education has a close relationship with whether stable, harmonious and healthy development. Based on the observation of the potential of primary current, combined with the research data of recent years, the potential raw concept defining, study its characteristics, from family, school and the student own three aspects to analyze its causes. This paper argues that conversion of the potential raw educators education strategy, the key is to change the proposed school shall establish and optimize the management system, changing the teaching mode, establishing evaluation system to promote the development of potential raw comprehensively and teachers need to set up correct view of students, develop the potential of belonging, caring and patient to students, to help parents to set up correct concept of education and school education strategy, committed to under the concept of quality education, to achieve the potential of the training goal.
