新乡市农村小学音乐教育现状调查分析与对策
——以辉县为例
Survey analysis and countermeasures of Xinxiang City elementary school music education in rural areas - case study in Huixian
Abstract: With the reform of basic education, Xinxiang City, the rural elementary school music education has undergone some development. In this paper, Xinxiang Huixian County under the jurisdiction of the rural elementary school music education status quo as the study site, through the Huixian music education in rural primary schools teaching conditions, teaching staff, curriculum, teaching content, teaching methods, we conducted a thorough investigation and reflect their status to analyze the reasons for the formation of this situation, such as music education concept behind the lack of music teaching equipment, and inadequate construction of teachers. We put forward the corresponding improvement strategies, such as improving teaching conditions, improving curriculum, strengthening the teaching staff, teaching content and methods of reform proposals for improving. The conclusions provides a certain reference value for improving the status.

农村小学音乐教育是新课程改革背景下素质教育实施的重要手段。[1]随着小学素质教育改革的不断深入，新乡市农村小学音乐教育的发展有了一定的改善，但囿于传统观念的影响，受人力、物力等条件所限，与改革的进度和新课程标准的要求还有很大的差距，仍存在一些不足和需要改进的地方。如何为每一个农村小学生提供平等的受教育机会和条件，使他们能够接受良好的素质教育、音乐教育，是值得每一个教育工作者思考与探索的问题。本课题以调查新乡市辉县农村小学为研究对象，通过实地考察，重点围绕辉县农村小学音乐教育中的教学条件、师资力量、课程安排、教学内容、教学方法等方面进行深入的调查研究，并分析形成这种现状的原因，结合实践考察，探索性的提出相应的改进策略，所得结论对于改善新乡市农村小学音乐教育的现状提供了一定的参考价值。
