摘要TPP协定的签署对中国外贸影响深远，纺织业尤甚。中国纺织行业亟须提高企业能力，实现可持续发展。继续教育无疑是提高企业人员素质，提高其竞争力的重要举措。本文以TPP背景下的中国纺织业为研究对象进行探讨，分析了纺织业继续教育开展的现状和面临的主要问题，根据继续教育理论等理论，提出了进一步完善继续教育规划、多渠道筹集资金加大继续教育投入和采取灵活多样的教育教学方式等推进TPP背景下纺织业基层员工加强继续教育对策建议。86803

Study on Strengthening Continuing Education for Grass-roots Employees of Textile Industry under the background of TPP

abstract TPP’s signing has far-reaching impact on Chinese foreign trade, the textile industry is worse。Chinese textile industry need to improve their ability to achieve sustainable development。Continuing Education is undoubtedly an important aspect to improve the quality of corporate officers as well as the competitive strength of the enterprise。In this paper, China's textile industry are discussed under the TPP background for the study。It analyzes the current situation of the textile industry and continuing education to carry out major problems。According to theories like Continuing Education Theory, We proposed suggestions to further improve the plan for continuing education, take multiple channels to raise funds to continue to increase investment in education,and adopt flexible teaching approach to promote Strengthening Continuing Education for grass-roots employees of textile industry under the background of TPP。
