摘 要:为了寻找并筛选出较高植物生长调节活性的物质,本论文利用生物等排原理和亚结构连接法,对噻二唑的母体进行修饰,设计合成了新的目标化合物糠醛缩5-(3-硝基苯基)-1,3,4,-噻二唑-2-胺Schiff碱。通过文献检索,对植物生长调节剂的研究与进展进行了系统的论述,对1,3,4-噻二唑类化合物及含席夫碱类化合物的生物活性、合成方法进行了比较全面的综述。利用糠醛与含氨基杂环发生亲核加成-缩合反应,合成目标化合物。其结构经m.p.、IR、元素分析加以确认和表征。当然,还要经过MS、1H NMR等对其做进一步的确认。另外,对目标化合物的理化性质、IR、元素分析和合成条件进行了系统的讨论。10728

Synthesis and Structural Characterization of Furfural 5-(3- nitrophenyl) -1,3,4- thiadiazol-2- amine Schiff Bases
Abstract: In order to seek good plant growth regulators, we have modifie the main structure of 1,3,4-thiadiazole and have designed and synthesisized a new target compound by Bioisosterism Principles and Substructure Link Wory which is named furfural 5-(3-nitrophenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amine Schiff Bases.
Through the literature search, we reviewed the biological activities, the synthesis conditions and the synthesis methods of 1,3,4-thiadiazoles and compounds with Schiff Bases compounds. The target compounds is synthesized by furfural with nitricheterocycle. Its structure is confirmed and characterized by m.p., IR and Elemental analysis. Of course, it needs further confirmation by MS and 1H NMR to make its structure clear. In addition, physical and chemical properties of target compounds, IR, elemental analysis and synthesis conditions were systematically discussed.
