摘要:本论文通过研究环氧树脂发泡材料的发泡与固化协同过程,获得了最佳的发泡材料制备条件。通过对两种偶氮类发泡剂,即偶氮二异庚腈和偶氮二异丁腈的加入量、粒度和分散情况以及发泡助剂(吐温-20)的加入量等的系统研究,获得了偶氮二异庚腈体系的最佳制备参数,并对材料的力学性能如弯曲和压缩强度进行测试。另外,本文还采用热机械动态力学分析仪(DMA)对所得材料进行热力学分析,获得了发泡剂的加入量与材料玻璃化转变温度(Tg)之间的关系。8816

Effect of additives on the epoxy foam and modified
Abstract:This paper try to studies the foaming and curing of epoxy foam collaborative process. To obtain the best conditions for preparing foamed material.By studies two azo blowing agents,the amount added,particle size and dispersion of Azobisisobutyronitrile Heptanitrile and azobisisobutyronitrile and added in an amount of foaming aid (Tween-20) and other system research .Obtained optimum preparation parameters of azobisisobutyronitrile Heptanitrile system, and test the mechanical properties such as bending and compressive strength.Other, this article also uses the thermo-mechanical dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA) thermodynamic analysis of the resulting material, obtain the relationship between the added amount of the foaming agent with the material the glass transition temperature (Tg).
