摘 要:纳米氧化镉凭借着优秀的光电性能,在光致发光、电致发光、传感器、红外窗口材料、光催化等方面有着宽广的应用,人们逐渐开始关注其合成方法。合成纳米材料的方法主要有物理方法和化学方法,又可分为固相法、液相法、气相法。本实验将论文采用室温固相合成法制备纳米CdO。以CdCl2•2H2O和NaOH为原料,首先通过固相反应合成前驱体Cd(OH)2,然后再经高温烧结合成CdO纳米晶体;最后再利用X射线衍射实验(XRD)和扫描电子显微(SEM)对固相反应产物的组成、大小、形状进行表征。通过实验不断优化室温固相合成法的工艺流程,总结出此方法
的优点。最终结果表明:所得的产物CdO颗粒大小均匀。8125

Synthesis of Inorganic Nanometer Materials by Solid-state Chemical Reaction at Room Temperature
Abstract: The nanoparticle CdO was prepared by solid state reaction.Nanocryestalline cadmium oxide(CdO) was successfully synthesized by heating the precursor Cd(OH)2,which was obtained by solid-state reaction of CdCl2•2H2O and NaOH. The compositions and morphologies of samples were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that the prepared CdO particles uniform in size.
