摘 要:本文采用非水溶剂法,在无水乙醇中溶解度较大的11种常见金属盐在乙醇中与1-(2-吡啶基)-3-甲基-4-三氟甲基-吡唑酮(PMFMP)生成相应的配合物。并用荧光光谱仪和紫外-可见光谱仪对其进行表征。结果发现:配体及其配合物在375nm附近有最佳激发波长,以375nm为激发波长,荧光发射光谱显示配体及其配合物在425 nm处有相似发射峰,其中锌(II)、镉(II)、铝(III)三种配合物的荧光强度最强,且锌(II)配合物在457nm处还有一个稍弱的发射峰;铁(III)离子在417nm处有吸收峰,发生配位反应后吸收峰红移至538nm处,其它金属离子在配位后无有效吸收。31618 毕业论文关键词:吡唑酮;金属;配合物;光谱
Spectroscopy Properties Studies of Metal Complexes with 1-(2-P yridyl)-3-Methyl-4-Three Fluorine Methyl-Pyrazole Ketone Ligand
Abstract: Nonaqueous solvent method was used in this paper,eleven solution were prepared by the reaction of metal salts with 1-(2-pyridyl)-3-methyl-4-three fluorine methyl-pyrazole ketones (PMFMP).PMFMP and complexes with transition metal were characterized by Fluorescence spectra,UV visible spectra.It was found that PMFMP and complexes with transition metal had the best excitation wavelength near 375nm.And upon excitation at 375nm, fluorescence emission spectrum showed that PMFMP and complexes with transition metal performs stronger emission at 425nm,the fluorescence intensity of the complexes of Zn (II),Cd(II),Al(III) were the strongest in the same condition, otherwise,Zn(II) complexes had a less emission at 457 nm.The visible spectrum of Fe (III) complexes was obvious red shift by contrasted with Fe (III) ion,however visible spectrum of other metal ions and complexes did not find effective absorption.
