摘要:生物质炭是生物质原料在完全或部分缺氧条件下高温热解后的产物,它具有丰富的孔隙结构和较高的含碳量,能有效地降低重金属污染物的生物有效性和迁移率,对改善土壤环境具有重大意义。本研究选取河南某市一块受冶炼厂污水排放污染的小麦地,分别施用0 t ha-1(C0)、20 t ha-1(C20)、40 t ha-1(C40)的小麦秸秆炭于镉污染麦田,研究不同施用量对小麦吸收土壤中重金属镉的抑制作用,以期为在镉污染农田修复提供参考。研究发现生物质炭施用量为40 t ha-1的处理将土壤pH由8.01增至8.25,20 t ha-1的处理增至8.08;且C40和C20处理分别使土壤SOC增加29.74%和8.37%;小麦增产14.29%、8.43%;与对照相比,使用20 t ha-1(C20)、40 t ha-1(C40)的小麦秸秆炭使土壤有效态镉( CaCl2 提取态)含量分别降低了51.37%、29.52%;使小麦籽实中镉含量分别降低了18.99%和6.14%。29024 毕业论文关键词:生物质炭;土壤性质;镉污染;小麦籽粒
Effect of Wheat Straw biochar on Cadmium Content in Whear Grain
Abstract: Biochar is the product of biomass raw material pyrolysis under full or partial hypoxic conditions. It has abundant pore structure and high carbon content, which can effectively reduce the bioavailability and mobility of heavy metal pollutants. , To improve the soil environment is of great significance. In this study, wheat straw with 0 t ha-1 (C0), 20 t ha-1 (C20) and 40 t ha-1 (C40) was applied to a wheat field polluted by a smelter in Henan province. Cadmium contaminated wheat field, and to study the inhibitory effect of different application rates on cadmium cadmium in wheat uptake in order to provide reference for cadmium contaminated farmland. The results showed that the soil pH increased from 8.01 to 8.25 and the treatment of 20 t ha-1 increased to 8.08, and the soil SOC increased by 29.74% and 8.37%, respectively, and the C40 and C20 treatments increased the soil SOC by 40 t ha-1was increased by 14.29% and 8.43%, respectively. Compared with the control, the content of soil available cadmium (CaCl2) was decreased by using wheat straw with 20 t ha-1 (C20) and 40 t ha-1 (C40) 51.37% and 29.52%, respectively. The contents of cadmium in wheat seed were reduced by 18.99% and 6.14%, respectively.
