摘要:偶氮类化合物(分子中含有-N=N-)是一类重要的有机化合物,在人们的日常生活和现代科技方面具有重要的应用价值。由于其特殊的结构特点,因此在高温下具有一定的热危险性,很容易发生燃烧爆炸事故,造成财产损失。本文利用基本动力学参数和燃烧特性之间的关系建立起偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)的自加速反应温度与质量燃烧速率等动力学参数之间的关系,通过 AIBN的质量燃烧速率与 SADT验证了关系式的准确性,并利用该关系式, 估算了其他三种偶氮类引发剂偶氮二异戊腈(AMBN)、偶氮二异庚腈(ADVN)、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯(AIBME)的质量燃烧速率。为该类火灾危险性的防治提供了基础支撑。 27385 毕业论文关键词 SADT 动力学参数 质量燃烧速率 偶氮类引发剂 估算方法
Title The relationship between the thermal decomposition and combustion characteristics of AIBN
Abstract Azo compounds (Molecules containing-N=N- ) are an important class of organic compounds and have important application value in people's daily lives and modern technology. Because of there special chemical structure ,when they are at high temperatures, they have heat risk, it is prone to combustion explosion, resulting in property damage. In this paper, relationship between self-accelerating response relationship of azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) and mass burning rate and other kinetic parameters has been established by the basic relationship between kinetic parameters and combustion characteristics. Through the mass burning rate of AIBN and SADT, this paper has verified the accuracy of the relationship. What is more, to take advantage of this relationship, it also estimated the other mass burning rates of three azo compounds initiators, namely azobisisobutyronitrile valeronitrile (AMBN), azobisisobutyronitrile heptanenitrile (ADVN), azobisisobutyrate dimethyl (AIBME).
