摘要:本论文主要研究了酸和螯合剂等混合制备的螯合物清洗剂,并对制成的清洗剂的除垢性能和钝化腐蚀性能做了进一步研究。
采用酸,螯合剂,缓蚀剂,表面活性剂,水按一定的质量比制备螯合物清洗剂。酸采用盐酸,用量为整体溶液的8%;螯合剂采用EDTA,用量占整体溶液的0.04%;缓蚀剂采用吹冰次甲基四胺,用量占整体溶液的0.1%结果表明,表面活性剂采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠,用量占整体溶液的0.04‰。采用酸,螯合剂等混合制备的螯合物清洗剂方法可行,并制成的螯合物清洗剂有较好的除垢和缓蚀性能。21312 毕业论文关键词:清洗剂;螯合剂;除垢;缓蚀
Development of a chelate cleaning agent
Abstract: In this thesis, we focus that the mix of acid, chelating agent and any other agents to make a new type of high efficient cleaning agent. Then the further researches are made on the cleaning, descaling, and depassivation of the cleaning agent.
Acids, chelating agent, corrosion inhibitor, surfactant and water are used at certain mass ratio to make the cleaning agent. The cleaning agent is made of 8% hydrochloric acid, 0.04% EDTA, 0.1% hexamethylenetetramine and 0.04‰ SDBS. The result shows that using that the mix of acid, chelating agent and any other agents to make the new cleaning agent is feasible. It can make a cleaning agent with good scaling and corrosion inhibition performance.
