摘要:本文以废旧锌锰干电池为原料,采用湿法冶炼技术对废旧电池中的锌、锰两种金属元素进行回收再利用,主要研究的是不同条件下金属的回收率。实验结果表明:取5.64g锌片,在室温下用35ml 3mol/L的H2SO4溶解,再用2mol/L的NaOH调pH得Zn(OH)2沉淀,沉淀过滤洗涤后用1mol/L的H2SO4调pH=4并滴加3%的H2O21ml,抽滤除去Fe(OH)3,用1mol/L的H2SO4调pH=2后蒸发结晶所得ZnSO4•7H2O产量最高为18.53g;取碳包4.45g,用40ml 1:1的HCl浸取,用NH3•H2O调节pH为5~6,抽滤除去Fe(OH)3,再用Na2CO3调节pH 7~8,加热至80℃后抽滤得MnCO3 4.76g,4408

The research of recycling process of waste zinc-manganese batteries
Abstract: This article is studying the recoveries of metal from waste batteries under different conditions .Using the waste zinc-manganese batteries as raw material and the hydrometallurgical technology to recycle zinc, manganese . The experimental results showed that: Take 5.64g zinc tablets at room temperature with 35 ml of 3 mol/L H2SO4 dissolved, use 2mol/L NaOH to adjust the pH and get the Zn(OH)2 precipitate, then use 1mol/L H2SO4 to adjust pH at 4 and add 1ml of 3% H2O2 after the precipitate is filtered and watered, and then filter and remove of the Fe(OH)3 precipitate, then use 1mol/L H2SO4 to adjust pH at 2 and evaporate and crystal for the ZnSO4•7H2O at 18.53g; Take carbon-coated 4.35g with 40 ml 1:1 HCl leaching, then adjust the pH to 5 ~ 6 with NH3 • H2O, and then filter and remove of the Fe(OH)3 precipitate, use the Na2CO3 to adjust the pH to 5 ~ 6, then heat to 80℃ and filter for the MnCO3 at 4.76g.
