摘  要：的十六届六中全会上，中央提出构建社会主义和谐社会的重大战略。构建和谐社会，和谐农村是重中之重，在和谐农村的重点又是发展相对落后的苏北地区。当前，苏北地区和谐农村建设中存在诸多问题，如农业生产技术停滞，留守儿童问题，农民养老困难，政治参与程度低以及农村民主政治缺乏等等。因此苏北地区建设和谐社会，就必须发展现代化农业技术，培育新型农民，同时关爱留守儿童，完善农村养老体系。最后，最重要的一点就是加强农村民主政治建设，全面落实村民自治制度，真正让农民当家作主。我相信苏北地区和谐农村前途一片光明，社会主义和谐农村建设指日可待，我国社会主义和谐社会伟大蓝图终将绘成。55567

Study of harmonious rural northern Jiangsu area

At present， there exist many problems in the construction of a harmonious rural area in Northern Jiangsu area， such as the stagnation of agricultural production technology， the problem of left-behind children， farmers pension difficulties， the degree of political participation is low and the lack of rural democratic politics. Therefore， North Jiangsu area of building a harmonious society， we must develop modern agricultural technology， the cultivation of new farmers， and care for the left-behind children， improve the system of rural endowment insurance. Finally， the most important point is to strengthen the construction of rural democratic politics， the full implementation of the villagers autonomous system， really let a farmer be in power. I believe that the future of harmonious rural northern Jiangsu bright point the day and await for it， building the socialist harmonious countryside， the great blueprint of our socialist harmonious society will draw.

 中学我们就学过东晋文人陶渊明的《桃花源记》，其曰：“忽逢桃花林，夹岸数百步，中无杂树，芳草鲜美，落英缤纷……土地平旷，屋舍俨然，有良田美池桑竹之属。阡陌交通，鸡犬相闻，其中往来种作，悉如外人。黄发垂髫，并怡然自乐。”闻其描述的这种没有阶级，没有剥削，自食其力，自给自足，和平恬静，人人自得其乐的生活状态，故美名其曰：世外桃源。这样的生活可以说是我们每个人所追求的生活，生活在二十一世纪，这个科技迅速发展的现代化社会的人们也不例外。因此，从、恩科斯的人类社会发展的最终目标到我国进去二十一世纪后，十六大和十六届三中全会、四中全会、五中全会明确提出要从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业的新局面的全局出发，明确将来的战略任务构建社会主义和谐社会，并将其作为加强的执政能力建设的重要内容.近日，的十八大报告提出的“美丽中国”，以及新一届国家总、中华人民共和国主席总在参观“复兴之路”的展览室所精辟阐释的“中国梦”，简单的三个字包含的内容丰富，一个“梦”字更是内容深刻，意义深远。这一路走来，我们国家都在孜孜不倦的探索。我理解的“中国梦”是实现国家富强，民族复兴，人民幸福和社会和谐。这我重点理解的就是我们的和谐社会建设的一个重要组成部分——和谐农村。
