摘要餐饮行业是涉及O2O 相对较早的行业之一。餐饮企业顺应大众需求，利用O2O平台不断加强服务。上海小南国作为中高端餐饮的代表，也成功地在餐饮行业迈向O2O之路上做了一个良好的典范。本文结合小南国餐饮控股有限公司的实际案例，就餐饮行业O2O 的发展路径及未来发展趋势进行探讨，得出只有真正打通线上与线下的数据资源，实现商户、平台、用户三方共赢才能够实现完整的O2O环形结构这个结论，同时对O2O模式在餐饮行业中的应用现状和应用方式进行分析研究，总结出当下最主流的点评、团购、预订、外卖和交友五种模式的优缺点，为其他餐饮企业在应用这些模式时提供借鉴。58263

Abstract：The catering industry is involved in O2O relatively earlier one of the industry. Catering enterprises to adapt to the needs of the public, the use of O2O platform to strengthen service. Shanghai Min as a representative of the high-end catering, also successfully in the food and beverage industry to O2O on the road to do a good example. In this paper, combined with the actual case part Holding Co. Ltd., is the development path of the catering industry and the future development trend of O2O are discussed, the only really open up the online and offline data resources, to achieve the user merchants, platform, three win-win can be achieved O2O ring structure complete this conclusion, at the same time to study and analyze the application status and the application of O2O mode in the catering industry, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the present the most mainstream reviews, group purchase, reservations, and friends of the five modes, to provide a reference for other catering enterprises in the application of the mode.
