摘要本文首先从物流企业研究背景出发，通过对国内外现状的分析以及资料的查阅，从而确定了本文的研究内容及研究方法。其次，对大数据相关的理论知识、竞拍相关的理论知识以及物流信息平台相关的理论知识进行了介绍，明确了物流信息平台建设的目标和原则，从技术和经济两个方面对物流信息平台的可行性进行了分析，并对物流平台的功能及数据需求进行了分析。47871

再次，以物流信息平台的目标为依据，对物流信息平台的总体框架进行设计，形成用户层、业务应用层、规则层、系统支撑层以及数据层的总体轮廓，并在此基础上对物流信息平台的业务流程及运作系统进行了详细设计。最后是对本研究的总结与展望。

Title  Construction and Research of the New Logistics Enterprise

 Information Platform Based on the data management And   auction mechanism                      

   Abstract

First of all, this paper introduced the background of logistics enterprises, and determined the contents and research methods through the analysis of the research situation at home and abroad and literatures. Secondly, this paper introduced the relevant theoretical knowledge of big data, auction and logistics information platform ,and confirmed objectives and principles of logistics information platform construction, and then analyzed the feasibility from two aspects of economic and technical, as well as the requirements about platform function and data. Thirdly, based on the target of logistics information platform ,this paper designed the overall framework of logistics information platform ,composed of user layer, business application layer, rule layer, the system support layer and the data layer. Followed are the business processes and operational systems of logistics information platform in detail. Finally, this paper summarized the preparatory work, and put forward the existing shortage and prospect.
