摘要薪酬问题是人力资源管理的核心问题，科学有效的薪酬体系能激发员工的工作积极性和主动性。本文以中粮肉食有限公司为研究对象，采用问卷调查、信息收集等研究方法，从薪酬管理和人力资源管理相关理论入手，揭示了中粮肉食有限公司在薪酬管理中存在缺乏地区特性；缺乏市场竞争力；缺乏激励性；绩效考评制度不完善；薪酬体系不透明等问题，并从全面薪酬管理体系的角度提出了优化对策，目的是帮助中粮肉食有限公司公司改善薪酬管理现状，提升企业的绩效水平和整体竞争力。46853

 The Optimization Countermeasures on The Salary System Of COFCO Meat’s Grass-roots Staff

Abstract

The salary problem is the core issue of Human Resource Management.Scientific and effective compensation system can inspire the enthusiasm and initiative of the employee. This paper takes the COFCO Meat as an example. By the way of questionnaire survey, information collecting and so on. This article analyses the actuality and the problems of COFCO Meat’s salary system under the relevant theories of salary management and human resource management. Promulgated the COFCO Meat in the salary management exists the problem of  lacking of area characteristics, lacking of market competitiveness, lacking of incentive, performance assessment system is imperfect, compensation system is not public and so on. Put forward the optimizing countermeasures from the conception of the total rewards .The goal is helps COFCO Meat to improve the salary management, promote enterprise's achievements level and the whole competitive ability.
