摘要随着互联网的深度发展，电子商务改变了世界，本质上是：B2B改变了制造业做生意的方式，C2C、B2C改变了零售业的销售方式的同时也改变了人们采购商品的方式，顺大流者生，逆流者必然不好过，而O2O的出现则刚好给了那些之前没能乘上大流的行业机会，比如说服务行业。这种需求是刚需，因为这是一个再一次为各行业财富分布定格局的机会。而高校学生向来是社会新鲜事物的第一批接收者，有充分好奇心，是新模式新经济的最佳起点，称其为世界新格局的摇篮也不为过。46804

本文分析了高校学生的需求以及高校周边服务机构的一些需求，并提出搭建一个高校O2O平台来缝合这些需求，还提出了高校O2O平台的战略性规划以及分析了该平台的高度自盈扩张能力，最后利用需求、战略性规划、以及平台的高度自盈扩张能力打造一个闭环的O2O生态圈。

Abstract：With the depth development of the Internet, e-commerce has changed the world, nature is: B2B changed the manufacturing way of doing business, C2C, B2C changed the retail sales also changed the way people buy goods, with large flow, counter flow will not better, and the appearance of O2O just to those who didn't take the flow before the industry opportunities, such as service industry.     This paper analyzes some requirements of college students, colleges and universities around the needs of the service, and puts forward to build a university O2O platform to suture the demand, also proposed the strategic planning in Colleges and universities of the O2O platform and the analysis of the height of the platform from the surplus capacity expansion, the demand, the O2O ecosystem of strategic planning, and the height of the platform since the surplus capacity expansion to create a closed loop.
