摘要随着现代化社会的飞速前进，人们越来越重视精神层面的娱乐，因此对文化及旅游产业的发展格外重视，将文化及旅游产业相结合，不仅是产业结构的升级与创新，更展现出文化内涵与魅力，实现文化经济价值，增强地区的竞争力。素有“五省通衢”之称的徐州，其文化旅游资源丰富，但是该地区文化与旅游产业的结合性发展现状却并无蒸蒸日上之势头。本文以文化产业与旅游产业融合理论为基础结合徐州市自身特点，从优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个方面剖析文化产业和旅游产业发展现状及趋势，并根据地区特色有针对性的从政府、市场、资源、人才、技术等方面提出合理的建议，提高徐州市的文化及旅游产业的发展。41901

Industrial Convergence of Tourism Industry and Cultural Industry in Xuzhou

Abstract

With the rapid advance of modern society, people are more and more attention to spiritual entertainment, cultural industries and tourism industry has been growing attention. Integration of culture and Tourism Industry is not only upgrade the industrial structure and innovation, but also show the cultural connotation and charm to achieve cultural and economic value, enhance the competitiveness of the region. Known as the "five provinces thoroughfare" of Xuzhou, culture rich in tourism resources, it is regrettable that the cultural industry and tourism industry development status but no momentum flourishing. In the paper, the cultural industry and tourism industry based on the theory combined with its own characteristics in Xuzhou City, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analysis of four aspects of cultural industries and tourism industry development status and trends, and in accordance with regional characteristics of targeted government, proposed terms of markets, resources, personnel, technology and other reasonable suggestions to promote the rational development of Xuzhou City cultural industries and tourism industry.

 一  引言旅游与文化相辅相成、互相依存。旅游的开发有利于文化的发展，而文化也可以使旅游资源具有无限的生命力，文化与旅游两大产业的融合发展不仅是其产业特点决定的，更是产业发展与经济发展的需求。文化与旅游这两大产业的融合发展不仅有利于两大产业本身的发展，同时也有利于经济结构的升级与优化，增加劳动就业机会，促进经济的繁荣。保证文化产业与旅游产业健康有效的融合发展需要有政府的政策支持、市场的合理调节、资源的深入挖掘、人才的充分供给以及与时俱进借助技术支持等多方面的支撑。
