冷链物流企业纵向一体化模式构建及相关问题研究
针对国内冷链物流的这一现状，本次研究中对冷链市场进行了挖掘分析，从其市场特性出发，提出了本文的核心方案即冷链物流的纵向一体化模式建设。纵向一体化模式融入了供应链管理的理念，并且结合电子商务的特点，将物流活动整合到综合性的服务平台来实现。文章对纵向一体化模式的运作流程进行了分析研究，并且对相应的执行机制进行阐述说明。同时根据运作流程的需要对业务组织框架进行了编排，并指出了业务模式组织中所需的关键业务，在由业务运作所需对信息平台结构做出分析。

Title Construction of Cold Chain Logistics Enterprise Vertical
Integration Model and Related Studies
Abstract
In recent years， logistics industry presents a trend of rapid development，and the cold chain logistics is focused on by the society further which is closely related to the residents' quality of life. But at present domestic cold chain logistics development lags behind, at the same time it has not yet formed perfect cold chain standards system, which makes the ability of cold chain is difficult to meet the demand of market chain.
According to the status quo of domestic cold chain logistics, this study has analyzed the cold chain market，and starting from the market characteristics, put forward the core program that the construction of cold chain logistics enterprise vertical integration model. Vertical integration model embodied the idea of supply chain management, and combine the characteristics of e-commerce, to integrate logistics activity into comprehensive service platform to implement. This paper analyzes the operation flow of vertical integration mode, and explains the corresponding execution mechanism. According to the operation process needs this paper builds business organization framework, and points out the key business that are needed in this business model, finally, this paper builds information structure and to do a detailed analysis about it.
