摘要: 随着时代的进步,根据市场发展规律,人力资源管理外包这一概念逐步出现并被企业者所接受,将人力资源某一项或几项职能进行外包,对于本企业来说可谓是既有利也有弊。本文旨在挖掘我国中小企业人力资源管理外包存在风险和应对策略,并深入认识和理解人力资源管理外包的概念和风险、并且制定中小企业应对存在风险的相关政策。以S公司为例,分析S公司在人力资源管理外包中存在的一些风险,提出改进建议。39307 毕业论文关键词:中小企业;人力资源管理外包;风险;
Risk and Prevention Strategy of Existing Human Management Resources Outsourcing of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises
Abstract: According to the progress of the times and the market law of development, the concept of human resources outsourcing are gradually appeared and accepted by entrepreneurs, to one or several functions for human resources outsourcing, it has both advantages and disadvantages. The purpose of this paper is to mine human resources outsourcing risks and coping strategies which exist in small and medium-sized enterprise in our country, and deeply understanding and comprehending the concept and risk of the human resources outsourcing, and develop relevant policies for small and medium enterprises in the face of the risk. With the S company as an example, analysis the risks which exist in the human resources outsourcing, and put forward some recommendations for improvement.
