摘 要:在人力资源配置市场化的今天,人力资源规划是人力资源管理的基本模块之一,是企业人力资源管理的核心和重点。企业要获得竞争优势进而在竞争中获胜就应重视人力资源规划工作。本文详细分析ZTKC公司的人力资源规划方案,介绍规划现状,并根据其人力资源情况及人力资源规划的需要,从中发现企业在规划过程中存在认识不清、战略目标模糊等问题,提出深入认识人力资源规划、制定出能够保证企业顺利实施的人力资源规划。通过对其公司的研究,从而形成完整的符合ZTKC公司发展要求的企业人力资源规划方案。38238 毕业论文关键词: 人力资源 ;规划;战略
Current Situation and Countermeasures of Human Resources
Planning in ZTKC Company
Abstract: In today's marketization of human resource configuration, human resources planning is one of the basic modules of human resource management, is the core and key of enterprise human resources management. In order to obtain and create competitive advantage and win in the competition, Enterprises should be attach importance to human resource planning. This article analyzed human resources plan of ZTKC company in detail, introduced the planning situation and development planning, and according to the situation of its human resources and the need of human resource planning, found some problems in the enterprise such as understanding unclear and strategic objective fuzzy in the planning process .It put forward in-depth understanding of human resource planning and formulate the human resource planning which can guarantee the implementation of enterprise development . Through the research on the company, the enterprise human resource planning scheme which meets ZTKC company’s development requirement is formed.
