The Study of the Influence Factors and the Paths about Transformation and Upgrading in Enterprises: Based on the Case Study of Shanghai SOCO Cable Enterprise
Abstract: China is in the key period of go all out promoting economic transformation and accelerating industrial upgrading, in order to realize the further development of Chinese society and economy. Enterprises as the microcosmic foundation of economic growth will be China's economic driving force through the transformation and upgrading. However, because of the influence of various factors, enterprises will face many problems during the process of transformation and upgrading. Whether the transformation and upgrading is success or failure is the vital impact for the enterprise development and even its survival. Therefore, the analysis of the influence factors and the paths about transformation and upgrading in enterprises is an important procedure of enterprises’ strategic choice. This thesis utilizes quantitative analysis and regression analysis and other methods based on the survey data through the actual research about transformation and upgrading in Shanghai SOCO Cable Enterprise to research and analysis various influence factors and paths as well as reach the conclusion and suggestions. This thesis expected to be a reference for Chinese enterprises' transformation and upgrading not only can help enterprises to ascend in the adjustment, but also can promote the stable development of China's economy for a long term.
