上海市失地农民养老保障问题研究

Research of Endowment Security for Land-losing Farmers in Shanghai
Abstract: Since Shanghai is one of the most developed areas in China, a large number of rural land was requisitioned in suburban district, which resulting in plenty of land-losing farmers, with the development of industrialization and urbanization. As a new vulnerable groups, these farmers lost their land, their basic life can’t be guaranteed, the social security problem of other aspects followed. The social security of landless peasants has become a priority among priorities to these problems which we are facing. In this paper, through the research on the problem of endowment security of Cao Hang Cun, Minhang District, discusses the difficulties that the existing endowment security of land-losing farmers are facing, and puts forward the necessity of establishing the endowment security system for landless peasants, also the policy suggestions to improve this endowment security system.
