社区主导型传统村落旅游利益相关者研究

A study on the tourism stakeholders of community oriented traditional village——taking Zhejiang Huzhou Digang village as an example
Abstract：In recent years, the traditional village tourism in China is developing rapidly. Evaluating the interests of traditional village tourism stakeholders and the perception of actual interests is the foundation of sustainable development of traditional village tourism. The research takes Zhejiang Huzhou Digang village as an object, based on the perspective of stakeholders, from the economic, social, cultural, environmental, comprehensive evaluation and sixteen factors to construct the index system. The Likert five point scale method was used to evaluate each index. Results show that, the four main interests show higher score of the cultural interests of the appeal and the actual perception; the perception of people's interests has great influence on the development of the tourism of traditional village. Then, we analyze the characteristics of Digang village, as a community oriented development of the tourism of traditional village. Finally, we summarize Digang village community oriented tourism development, as a model of the development of the tourism of traditional village.

社区主导型传统村落旅游利益相关者研究——以浙江湖州荻港村为例
传统村落是指村落形成较早，拥有较丰富的传统资源，具有一定历史、文化、科学、艺术、社会、经济价值，应予以保护的村落[1]。传统村落是村民聚居地，有其空间特殊性；有留存年代久远的古建筑和古迹遗存，拥有深厚的文化底蕴。其特殊的生态环境、人文环境需要保护，同时又有可开发的丰富的旅游价值。而目前传统村落在旅游开发过程中利益主体间存在一定矛盾，如何协调这些利益主体间的矛盾，促进传统村落旅游可持续发展是亟需解决的问题。
