公益创投社会组织培育发展新模式研究
南京市作为江苏省省会城市，社会组织的发展处在我国的楷模之列。本文试图对南京市目前的公益创投活动现状进行研究，发掘当前公益创投活动中存在的困境和制约因素，并对今后政府实施公益创投事业提出对策建议。第一章对本文的研究背景，研究意义和研究方法等进行了介绍，并且收集了与公益创投相关的文献进行综述。第二章对社会组织和公益创投这两个概念进行了详细的界定，并且提出了本文研究的理论基础。第三章阐述了南京市公益创投的发展现状和产生的社会效益。第四章总结了南京市公益创投活动目前存在的问题和限制因素。第五章具体阐述了促进南京市公益创投活动发展的对策建议。25800

Title Venture philanthropy: a new model for the development of social organization Taking Nanjing as an example
Abstract
Venture philanthropy originated in Europe and the United States, the state took out part of the innovation funds for charity to support its development. Now it began to take root in the development of our country venture philanthropy, changing the pattern of development of China's public welfare undertakings, and change the Chinese enterprises to take the social responsibility and social organization development mode.
Nanjing is the capital city of Jiangsu Province, the development of social organizations is also in China's model of the column. This paper attempts to study on the present situation of current venture philanthropy activities in Nanjing, explore the current venture philanthropy activities in the presence of difficulties and constraints, and for the future implementation of public venture capital and puts forward the countermeasures and proposals. In the first chapter, the research background, the significance and the method of the research were introduced, and the literature review of the venture capital was collected. The second chapter defines the two concepts of social organization and venture capital, and puts forward the theoretical basis of this research. The third chapter describes the development of the Nanjing municipal public interest venture and the social benefits of the production. The fourth chapter summarizes the existing problems and limiting factors of the public venture capital activities in Nanjing. The fifth chapter expounds the countermeasures to promote the development of the venture capital in Nanjing.
