Abstract: There are some problems in today's Internet industry, especially in the areas of training and development of employees. Parts of enterprise management personnel have not fully understood the training, do not know the development of training and development of employees of enterprises is crucial; the degree of attention on the other hand, most enterprises senior management on the R & D staff training is relatively high, but the lack of a comprehensive understanding of the training management system is larger; differences in the face of some training question or the training of managers and employees, there is asymmetric information problems between the former and the latter. Only when these problems are rational solution in order to make the Internet industry has a better development.

前言
伴随着社会生产力的快速发展，在一个组织的各种资源中，包括人力、物力、财力等，人们越来越能够意识到人作为一个很重要的资源不可或缺的存在着，人本文化已经被高度重视。员工是企业发展的原动力，历史事实也证明，要适应各种经济竞争的挑战，提高企业的综合竞争力，除了具备必要的物质条件外，最根本的就是培养一批德才兼备，有开拓创新能力的员工，人力资源是现代企业的第一资源，所以企业必须注意发挥人的作用，而培训与开发是开发人力资源最基本的途径和手段。特别是互联网企业，更新换代是非常迅速的，互联网企业的技术设计和制造日益精密和复杂，技术难度也越来越大，技术上的依赖性和人才方面的依赖性特征明显，互联网企业研发员工作为技术知识的载体的核心，在互联网企业发展壮大的过程中扮演着非常重要的角色，所以对互联网企业研发员工进行培训与开发问题的研究就成为IT企业能否发展壮大的关键问题。
