Abstract: Employment situation is more and more serious with the college entrance examination enrollment expansion, universities, graduate employment problems become the topic of the concern of the whole society. Universities how to innovate employment mentality, further broaden the employment way, has become a problem to be solved. This paper analyzes the current main problems on the way to broaden employment of colleges and universities, discusses the cause of the main problems, the analysis of the local colleges and universities graduates to apply for a job at the same time, also combined with the domestic and foreign work experience, the employment of the college of advanced further zhe wide employment channel improvement countermeasures and proposes ways to promote the local colleges and universities graduates to apply for a job, in order to provide effective reference for the employment work in colleges and universities.

一、 相关概念阐述
（一）地方院校的概述
所谓地方院校即地方所属高校（省属高校），是指隶属各省、自治区、直辖市、港澳特区，大多数靠地方财政供养，由地方行政部门划拨经费的普通高等学校（2500多所），作为我国高等教育体系的主体部分，以服务区域经济社会发展为目标，着力为地方培养高素质人才。部分省份政府为做强地方高等教育，大力支持省属高校依靠自身特色积极争取相关中央部委的资金和资源支持，以从战略上最大程度破解其发展受限的不利局面，推动自己快速发展甚至是上升为国家发展战略，形成：省属国家“211工程”重点大学、“省部共建大学”、地方性直属高校三大模式。
（二）求职途径的概述
周口师范学院经济管理学院于2014年3月对本院包括人力资源、国际贸易等4个专业在内的应届毕业生的就业求职方式进行了调研，主要针对他们在就业求职时所采用的求职途径进行了问卷调查和分析。本次调查共发放调查问卷240份，回收有效问卷216份，有效回收率为90％。
二、调查对象、研究工具和调查方法
（一）调查对象
本研究用随机抽样的方法，以周口师范学院的大四学生为研究对象。在周口师范学院图书馆随机发放问卷240份，回收有效问卷216份，回收率90%，样本的构成情况如表1
