摘要:进入到21世纪,随着知识和技术革新的加快,如何在日益复杂的竞争环境中处于不败之地、延长企业的生命力成为各公司追求的目标。在这样的大背景下,美国麻省理工大学佛瑞斯特教授首次提出学习型组织的构想。随后,作为学习型组织理论的奠基人—彼得•圣吉,创造性的将学习型组织精炼为五点:自我超越、改善心智模型、团体学习、建立共同愿景、系统思考。随着学习型组织的引入,企业通过鼓励员工不断学习,通过更新内部知识库,使员工最大限度发挥自己的潜能,并使其迅速地转化为生产力,提升了企业的核心竞争力。24119
随着国外学习型企业如火如荼的展开,我国也在八十年代从美国将学习型组织带入到国内至今。虽然今年国内许多企业都立志于将学习型企业作为企业的发展目标,但由于该理论进入时间较短、概念比较抽象、没有太多可以借鉴的经验使得我国企业也走进了许多误区,遇到了很多困难。
本文就学习型组织的相关概念及其对企业绩效和作用的重要性做出介绍分析,通过对国内联想集团学习型企业的案例分析,对国内企业学习型组织的发展现状及发展过程中的问题进了探讨,并通过国外成功创建学习型组织的企业进行介绍,并在此基础上提出了国内企业创建学习型组织的相关策略与应对方法。

Effect of learning organization operation mode of performance from the perspective of Lenovo Group
Abstract:With the acceleration of knowledge and technology innovation in 21thcentury, how to extend the vitality of enterprises and be in an invincible position becoming the pursuit of the objectives of the company in the increasingly complex competition environment. In this context, American MIT university professor Forrest first proposed the idea of learning organization. Then, as the founder of the learning organization theory--Peter Senge, creatively refine learning organization for five points: self transcendence, improving mental model, team learning, building shared vision, systems thinking. With the introduction of the learning organization, enterprise by encouraging employees to continue learning, updating the internal knowledge base, in order to let employees maximize their potential, and make it quickly transfer into productivity, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
With the development of study abroad enterprise like a raging fire, in the eighty's China from the American let the learning organization into domestic until now. Although the domestic many enterprises are determined to be a learning type enterprise as the goal of development of the enterprise, but because of the short theory introduction, more abstract concepts, not much experience making enterprises of our country has entered many errors, met a lot of difficulties.
This paper will introduce related concept of organization and the importance of the role of enterprise performance and make the analysis of domestic enterprises, discusses the development status and development process of learning type organization, and introduced the foreign successful learning organization in enterprises, based on this, puts forward relevant strategies and countermeasures. to create a learning organization in domestic enterprise.
