The problems and countermeasure analysis for training employees of Ping An insurance company
Abstract: Whether the enterprise can remain invincible in the very competitive marketing space largely depends on its staff proficiency. This article presents the problems for training employees such as the lack of correct training philosophy and guiding ideology、requirements analysis and training program and so on.At last, it gives some countermeasures such as foster correct training philosophy and guiding ideology、establish careful and scientific requirements analysis and training program and so on .
