摘要:周口市中小企业在近几年来发展迅猛,在周口市的经济社会发展中扮演着十分重要的角色。而人才流失问题却给周口市中小企业的发展带来重困扰。因此对周口市中小企业人才流失现象进行研究意义重大。本文立足于周口市中小企业的特点,以国内许多中小企业人才流失问题的研究成果为基础,从周口市的实际情况出发,分析周口市中小企业人才流失的现状,指出周口市中小企业人才流失的原因,针对性提出营建良好的企业文化;制定清晰的企业发展规划;建立健全企业管理体制;实行有效的激励机制与培训机制等相关对策。23202 毕业论文关键词:周口市;中小企业;人才流失;
Research on the reasons and Countermeasures of talents in Zhoukou small and medium-sized enterprises loss
Abstract: Zhoukou City in recent years, the rapid development of small and medium enterprises play a very important role in the economic and social development in Zhoukou City.The brain drain gave Zhoukou bring heavy troubled development of SMEs.Therefore Zhoukou City to study the phenomenon of brain drain is significant for SMEs.This article is based on the characteristics of Zhoukou SMEs, SMEs in many domestic research results on the basis of brain drain, starting from the actual situation in Zhoukou City, Zhoukou SME status quo analysis of brain drain, noting that the brain drain Zhoukou SMEs reasons put forward specific build good corporate culture; develop a clear business development plan; establish a sound corporate governance system; implement effective incentive mechanism and training mechanism and other related countermeasures.
