Abstract: Zhoukou City in recent years, the rapid development of small and medium enterprises play a very important role in the economic and social development in Zhoukou City.The brain drain gave Zhoukou bring heavy troubled development of SMEs.Therefore Zhoukou City to study the phenomenon of brain drain is significant for SMEs.This article is based on the characteristics of Zhoukou SMEs, SMEs in many domestic research results on the basis of brain drain, starting from the actual situation in Zhoukou City, Zhoukou SME status quo analysis of brain drain, noting that the brain drain Zhoukou SMEs reasons put forward specific build good corporate culture; develop a clear business development plan; establish a sound corporate governance system; implement effective incentive mechanism and training mechanism and other related countermeasures.

周口市中小企业人才流失的原因及其对策研究前言
随着改革开放的不断深入，国内的中小企业也进入了快速发展的阶段，在国民经济中发挥着日益重要的作用。而周口市是正处于发展中的中小城市，据统计周口市中小企业的经济值占全市GDP总量的60%以上，同时中小企业大多是劳动密集型产业，为社会就业做出很大贡献，据调查显示，其提供的就业岗位能吸纳周口市90%的从业人数，另外中小企业完成的税收额比重占到全市税收的70%，是周口市税收和财政收入的主要来源。毋庸置疑，中小企业在周口市的经济社会发展中充当着十分重要的角色，而人才是中小企业的核心竞争力，关乎企业的生存与发展。根据调查发现，周口市中小企业员工的离职比例普遍在40%-50%之间，甚至一些企业达到了70%，其中都有中高层的管理人员、销售人员、技术人员，人才的流失对周口市中小企业的发展产生了巨大的阻碍作用。因此，研究周口市中小企业人才流失与对策意义重大。
