工程建设精益化管理研究+文献综述
本文首先对精益建设的含义和基于精益建设的工程项目管理过程进行了分析，然后在分析管理现状和问题的基础上研究了精益建设在我国建筑业运行的可行性与推行要点。运用准时采购、看板管理、柔性管理、施工均衡化、精益品质管理以及最后计划者体系管理等具体实施方法来推进精益化建设。在此基础上，提出了推行精益建设的前提，重点研究了适合精益建设的扁平网络状组织结构模式和6S管理。并针对方法的实施，运用测评方式对项目进行评价，最后运用精益建设管理对一个实际案例进行了模拟分析。毕业论文

Abstract: With the entry into WTO，our enterprises of construction will face increasingly fierce competition．How to innovate the construct management mode，to raise the management level，to enhance competitive ability，have become key questions of survival and development for construction enterprises in China．To apply lean thinking into construction is a very good means to solve these questions．
Firstly, the meaning of lean construction and project management processes based on Lean construction is analysised, and then the analysis of traditional construction project management status and problems on the basis of the feasibility study and implementation of lean construction elements are running in China's construction industry. Use time procurement, Kanban management, flexible management, construction equalization, the specific implementation methods of lean management and quality management system last planners to promote lean construction. On this basis, analyzes the obstacles in our current implementation of lean construction, proposed the implementation of lean construction premise, focusing on lean construction suitable for flat network-like organizational structure models and upgrading the level of site management 6S management.For the implementation of the method, the use of evaluation methods for project evaluation, and finally the use of lean construction management of an actual case simulation analysis.
